PAINTING

SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean the surface and remove loose plaster & apply Sand face plaster/ Rough cast plaster in required thickness as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Prepare the surface for painting. Scrapping the surface to remove all loosely adhered particles followed by washing with plenty of water using wire brush or pressure washer so as to ensure thorough cleaning.

Provide and apply one coat of water based acrylic pre-treatment coat having property of killing and preventing proalgal and fungal growth.
PLASTIC EMULSION PAINT (WITH OR WITHOUT AIRLESS SPRAY MACHINE)
Provide and apply two or more coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
